SDSX-Rillenkupplungen (GMC) sind sowohl in starren als auch in flexiblen Ausführungen erhältlich.

Eine starre Kupplung wird in Anwendungen verwendet, in denen eine starre Verbindung gewünscht wird, ähnlich der einer traditionellen Flansch-, geschweißte oder Gewindeverbindung.

Als starr zu betrachten, würde eine Kupplung weniger als eine erlauben Grad der Durchbiegung oder Winkelbewegung

Die starre SDSX-Kupplung ist von 1"-12" ausgelegt und der Druck beträgt 300psi/2070 kPa.

Schrauben/Muttern: Wärmebehandelter, beschichteter Kohlenstoffstahl, der seine mechanischen Eigenschaften Grade 8,8 erfüllt.

Dichtungen: EPDM, Siliciumkautschuk und Nitrilkautschuk.

Der angegebene Temperaturbereich plus eine Vielzahl von verdünnten Säuren, ölfreie Luft und viele chemische Dienstleistungen.
 
NICHT FÜR PETROLEUM-DIENSTLEISTUNGEN EMPFOHLEN.




 
• Siliciumkautschuk: Temperaturbereich -40ºC bis +177ºC. Empfohlen für Trinkwasser,
Heißes Wasser, Hochtemperaturluft und einige Hochtemperaturchemikalien.

NICHT FÜR PETROLEUM-DIENSTLEISTUNGEN EMPFOHLEN.



 
• Nitrilkautschuk: Temperaturbereich -29ºC bis +82ºC. Empfohlen für Erdölprodukte,
Luft mit Öldämpfen, pflanzlichen und mineralischen Ölen im angegebenen Temperaturbereich.

NICHT FÜR HEISSES WASSER EMPFOHLEN
DIENSTLEISTUNGEN ÜBER +150 66ºC ODER FÜR HEISSE
TROCKENE LUFT ÜBER +10 140 60ºC.
